Henry Montrose Fairweather (1868-1954).

Henry was born to Henry and Charlotte Fairweather (nee Halford) in Lambeth, London, England in 1868.

In 1871, Henry and family were living at 4 Hinton Road in Lambeth.

In 1891, Henry and family were living at 192 Norwood Road in Lambeth. Henry has his occupation listed as 'Bank Clerk'.

On the 7th May 1893, Henry married Martha Langton (born 1870 in West Norwood) at St. Marks Church in Kennington, London. The couple had 2 children, Cyril and Gladys.

In 1901, the family were living at 91 Dagnall Park in Croydon, Surrey. Henry is still listed as a Bank Clerk.

In 1911, Henry and family were living at Clifton, Kendall Avenue in Sanderstead in Surrey. Henry is again listed as a Bank Clerk. It looks as though Henry was working at the Union of London & Smiths Bank Ltd at 50, Cornhill in the City of London.

In 1937, Henry's wife Martha passed away aged 67 years.

On the 22nd March 1954, Henry passed away in the Holly Bank Nursing Home in Paignton, Devon, aged 86 years. Henry had been living at 6 Kingshurst Drive in Paignton, Devon. He left £4,738 4s. 8d, to his son Cyril.
