Arthur George Brown Payne (1858-c1861).

Arthur was born to Edward and Elizabeth Payne (nee Enock) in Edgbaston, Birmingham in 1858.

On the 7th October 1858, Arthur was baptized at St. John's in Ladywood, Birmingham.  

From 1858, the family lived on the Duchess Road in Edgbaston.

Arthur does not appear on the 1861 census indicating that he passed away around that time.
