Martha Enock (1749-1793). Martha was born to John and Alice Enock on the 17th February 1749 in Radway, Warwickshire. An enclosure map of Radway, undertaken in 1756 by George Salmon, includes detail of where a family called 'Ennock' lived. The map does cover a large area and this is the only mention of Enock's. On the 6th September 1779, Martha married John Mealing (born in Radway, Baker) in Radway, Warwickshire. The couple do not appear to have had any children. The marriage most likely took place in 'Oriel Cottage', the old Meeting house that was built in 1702. The old Meeting House, Radway. View Larger Map On the 13th May 1793, Martha passed away in Radway aged 45 years. She is buried in a Friends Burying-Ground, in or near Radway. Again, this is
most likely to be 'Oriel Cottage'. Apparently, the cottage has a burial ground
at the rear.
