I really do not know what to say about the title. A simple number might appear meaningless.

I am afraid I have no contact with HMSO but I do know that they are not normally in business for the publication of works such as this. The nearest thing to this I have seen is two pamphlets about the First World War — nothing at all of the size of your book.

I regret to say also that I am unable to intervene with DHSS. When we do become officially involved in such cases it is simply a matter of us confirming details of service.
