I am writing to apologise for the great delay in replying to your letter enclosed with the typescript of the book. I have been away for some time and the parcel was held for me.

I found it tremendously interesting and I can only say how sorry I am that you are unable to arrange for publication. I have a few friends reading it now but as soon as they are finished I will pass it to O Battery.
