"I devise to my said daughter Amy Elizabeth Baker all that my freehold house and garden known as number 78 Cromwell Avenue Highgate absolutely. I bequeath the following pecuniary legacies namely To my said daughter Amy Elizabeth Baker nine hundred pounds provided that she shall allow the same to remain lent to my said son in his business at six per cent per annum payable quarterly but without any security so long as my said son shall be willing to retain the same and to pay to my said daughter interest therefor at the rate aforesaid."

Henry gifted £25 to each employee who had been in his firms employ for fifteen years, and £10 for those who had been in the firms employ for ten years but not more than fifteen years. Residuary etstate stood at around £5,372 before this money was deducted.

1. I APPOINT my Daughter Olive Elizabeth Braithwaite the Wife of John David Christopher Braithwaite and Charles Edward Murray Elliott of 1 Raymond Buildings Grays Inn London W.C.1. Solicitor (who or the Trustees or Trustee for the time being hereof are hereinafter called "my Trustees") to be the Executors and Trustees hereof.

2. I BEQUEATH the following specific legacies:-

(a) TO my step-daughter Bertha Gwendoline Wright my Opal and Diamond Ring.
(b) (b) TO my said Daughter Olive Elizabeth Braithwaite the rest of my jewellery and all my articles of clothing and personal use or ornament.
(c) (c) TO my Grandson Michael John Christopher Baker my piano and piano stool.

3. I GIVE the following pecuniary legacies:-

(a) TO my Daughter-in-law Judy and my step-daughter Bertha the sum of Two hundred and fifty pounds each.
(b) TO each of my friends Miss Ellen Jessie Clements and Mrs.Violet Moule the sum of One hundred pounds.
(c) TO each of my Grandchildren namely the children of my late son Barton and my said Daughter the sum of Two hundred pounds and to each of my step-grandchildren namely the children of my said step-daughter the sum of One hundred pounds.

4. I GIVE to my said Daughter all my personal chattels as defined by Section 55 of the Administration of Estates Act 1925 And I request her to give effect to any wishes I may express in any Memorandum signed by me and deposited with my Will or with my papers concerning the disposal of the said chattels or any of them but nothing herein or in such Memorandum contained (whether or not my wishes about the disposal of the said chattels or any of them may have been communicated to her in my lifetime) shall operate to create any trust or place any binding obligation whatsoever on her in respect of the said chattels or otherwise fetter her absolute beneficial interest therein.

5. AND as to all the rest residue and remainder of my property estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind so ever both real and personal of or to such I may be seised possessed or entitled at my death I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH the same as to one moiety thereof to my said Daughter and as to the other moiety in trust for such of my grandchildren Michael and Sally Baker as shall survive on and in Sally's case attain the age of Twenty one years and if both in equal shares Provided that if any of the beneficiaries named above in this clause shall die before or leaving a child or children living at my death who being male attain the ago of Twenty one years or being female attain that age or marry under it such last mentioned child or children shall take and if more than one in equal shares the share which his her or their parent would have taken had that parent survived me and attained a vested interest Provided further that if all the trusts concerning one moiety shall fail that moiety shall be held on the trusts declared concerning the other moiety.

6. MONEY requiring investment shall be invested by my Trustees at their complete discretion in any investments they may think fit as if they were the absolute beneficial owners thereof Provided that no investments shall be in bearer form or negotiable by mere delivery.

7. ALL dividends interest and income actually received after the date of my death shall be treated as income and not apportioned.

8. I DIRECT that any Trustee being a Solicitor or other person engaged in any profession or business may be so employed or act And shall be entitled to charge and be paid all professional or other charges for any business or act done by his or his firm in connection with the trusts hereof including acts which a Trustee could have done personally.

9. AND hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made I declare this to be my last Will and Testament.

I, AMY ELIZABETH BAKER of 63 The Ridgway, Golders Green in the county of Middlesex Widow Hereby Declare this to be a First Codicil to my last Will which is dated the Tenth day of December One thousand nine hundred and fifty six.

1. I GIVE to my son Son-in-law John David Christopher Braithwaite the sum of Two hundred and fifty pounds.
2. IN ALL other respects I confirm my said Will.
